I warn you, this post is going to be VERY boring. My camera was a huge biotch again last night and ate like 25 of the 30 pictures I took :/
So, I’ll just make it quick then! I used this recipe last night to make a vegetarian tortilla soup. I pretty much stuck to the recipe this time, except I used vegetable stock instead of chicken and for some reason I forgot to save enough onion to use so I had to use onion powder, oops.
Yeah, that picture is LAME! I had a much better one of my bowl of soup topped with cheese, plain oikos and blue corn chips – but it is living in the land of lost pictures. Oh the things we would see if we could visit that magical place!
The soup was good, but way spicier than I anticipated. Those green chilis ain’t no joke! I’m having it for lunch again today, but sans tortilla chips so it’s not going to be as pretty 
Since I’m out of frozen yogurt, I had an apple for dessert last night. The pictures that were left on my camera were the first 3 I took of the pot of soup and the last (crappy) one I took of this apple. I think it has a vendetta against me.
Yes, that picture was taken with a flash. I always take one picture with a flash just in case the others are too blurry or something.
This was a Jonathan apple. I got several different varieties the other day, but of course the honey crisp reigns supreme.
Okay, that’s all I’ve got today folks. Hopefully Mr. Nikon will be in a better mood tonight…

Hi Low! I feel for you regarding your lost pictures. We, as foodie bloggers, depend on our cameras so much to bring our posts to life. Maybe you can put a new camera on your Christmas/holiday list???

Me either. I kept thinking they printed the label wrong and meant Jonagold, but there were those too. It wasn’t anything special though.
